My Ally Pally Experience
We had a great time at Alexandra Palace recently at the Mind, Body, Soul Experience. It was my first BIG fair and I was lucky to have the help of my husband Rob, my friend Gabrielle (who sells my creams in her amazing centre in Ardingly Sussex www.thekooranacentre.com and two of my oldest friends – Jen and Liz.
There had been lots of preparation and I was so pleased with our stand when it was all finished. It was so beautifully colourful and I so love the new posters we had made at i4signs in Bognor Regis (www.i4signs.co.uk)
Travelling to and from the venue I realized how useful my creams are for commuters in London who spend so much time in buildings or on public transport, working long hours with little time to spend time in nature.
My Bee and Feel Connected Cream for when you are feeling overwhelmed sold well at the fair which makes a lot of sense. This cream also helps with sleep so I am happy to know that my creams are helping the health and wellbeing of the people of London. I give £1 of every sale of this cream to the Soil Association so this is helping the planet too and the plight of bees.
Bee and Feel Connected cream also highlights our interconnection and wow is London multicultural. I love languages and I asked so many people what their accent was. It’s very exciting to think that my creams will be getting farther out into the world…
Rose Star Flower Cream was again my best seller. This cream is for positivity which is helpful for us all and the aroma of rose essential oil is so beautiful.
It’s a bright sunny day as I write this with a clear bright blue sky – great for walking if you wrap up warm.
Sending you all lots of love
