These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. You must be at least 18 years of age to order goods through this website and accept delivery. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

All product specifications, images and other information published on our website are supplied by Caroline’s Essences as makers of these products. The intention of Caroline’s Essences is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. All actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.

Payment and Price and Methods of Payment

The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order. If, however, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you.

Payments can be made by Paypal online. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number. The address and phone number your bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by cheque or postal order although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take at least 10 days.

Rest assured we will do everything within our power to keep your order and payment details secure.

If your order cannot be fulfilled for some reason, you will be offered an equally lovely alternative or given a full refund with our apologies.

Buyer’s Responsibility

As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods should be conveyed to us as soon as possible after the delivery. In the unlikely event that your goods are lost in transit or arrive damaged, please notify us at

Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition, if possible make a note on the consignment note, or inform us as soon as possible after the delivery.

Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier’s delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 10 days of delivery.

Incorrect goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.
